LLAIN Y BRENIN

 

Llain Y Brenin, Rhoscolyn comfortably sleeps 14 people (+4 on sofa beds).  It has been an exciting project from start to finish as well as inside and out.  Purchased in May 2015 after searching specifically in Rhoscolyn for a number of years.  It took almost a year getting a feel for what layouts would work for a large family and with other families and groups in mind.  As a result the house is beautifully set up to appeal to anyone looking for a luxury escape in stunning surroundings.  The interiors have been planned meticulously from the paint colours to bespoke fabrics, to the flow of the property and positioning of rooms in particular the location of the upside down kitchen…. A room with many views!

Six bedrooms from huge 7ft long bunk beds to a four poster Super King sized bed and a huge Eastern European bed

Fully equipped with large Rangemaster oven, an area with large fridge and freezer, and in main kitchen area a larder cupboard, Nespresso machine, small fridge, wine cooler, Magimix, boiling water tap, Insinkerator, two dishwashers and microwave

Spacious room with two washing machines, tumble dryer, hoover, iron/ironing board and 'dutch maid' system for hanging clothes

Garden/Outside

Outdoor seating on balcony, pretty garden with hanging chairs, swings, table tennis, football goals, REBO tennis wall and Urban Cedar hot tub
