FAQ - Bookings

Weʼve made booking your stay simple. Just head to our Booking Page and take a look at the availability. Then, choose the date and duration of your stay and hit “Book”. Youʼll make your payment and, just like magic, your booking is in the diary!  If availability is showing but your preferred dates don't fit our standard check-in days, please get in touch. We may be able to arrange an out-of-system booking and can also let you know about any last-minute offers, with discounts of up to 25% available on selected stays.

Yes, once youʼve made your booking, youʼll receive a confirmation email with key information. This includes your booking number, dates and directions.

After making a 30% deposit, your booking is secure and locked in. This 30% deposit includes a 10% booking fee which is not refundable. Should you decide to cancel your booking prior to making your final payment (which takes place 6 weeks before your stay), weʼll retain your 30% deposit and your stay will be cancelled. However, if you cancel your stay after making your final payment 6 weeks before your stay, we will provide a 50% refund of your total booking price. If youʼd prefer, we can issue you with a credit note to the value of your booking (minus your deposit).

You can find your booking reference on your confirmation email. This will have been sent to your inbox after booking.

If youʼd like to reschedule, we will help you do so with enough notice. Please get in touch with us directly for this.

Check in is from 4PM and check out is from 10AM. However, if required, weʼre flexible! We offer early check-inʼs and late checkouts at an extra cost. Just let us know by messaging us above.

In the houses, despite the bedrooms being predominantly on the ground floor, all the living spaces are on the first floor. So, we would not recommend these properties to wheelchair users. Y Pilcodyn also uses steps to enter.

We do offer our properties for filming purposes. Please contact us directly to provide us with details, including shooting dates. A member of the team will get back to you with availability and our terms and conditions.
