Is there a kitchen inside?

Yes — the Y Pilcodyn includes a fully equipped kitchenette, dining area and hidden storage throughout.

Is Y Pilcodyn dog friendly?

Yes — 1 small/medium dog, or up to 2 small dogs are very welcome. There is a fee of £25 per dog per stay applied to your booking. All dogs must be pre-arranged or notified at least 4 weeks before arrival. Please check our Booking Conditions for more information on our dog policies.

Can Y Pilcodyn be booked alongside the larger houses?

Absolutely. Y Pilcodyn works perfectly as additional accommodation alongside Cil Y Gwynt, or as part of the Little Fish Collection, which includes all three properties.

Is there parking available?

Yes — parking is available directly beside the property.

Where is the nearest shop?

Within 4 miles there is both a SPAR and Morrisons. For a trip to the shops, youʼll want to head to Treaddur and Valley. For larger supermarkets and banks, Holyhead is your best bet. And, for clothes, convenience stores and surfing shops, Rhosneigr will offer you a great variety. If you fancy a full day shopping, Chester is just an hour and a half away.

Where is the nearest pub?

The nearest pub is The White Eagle, which is - quite literally - opposite the property. It offers all of your British pub favourites, working exclusively with local food suppliers to reduce carbon footprints and maximise flavour.

Can we get a takeaway delivered?

Little Fish Escapes are proud to partner with various local caterers, who are happy to deliver to Cil Y Gwynt. Enochʼs take away Fish & Chips, because you canʼt have a holiday beside the beach without fish nʼ chips, is a firm favourite.

Y Pilcodyn welcomes canine guests too! As our shepherd's hut is designed for smaller numbers, it is definitely best suited to one moderately sized dog or up to two smaller dogs.
