CIL Y GWYNT

 

Cil Y Gwynt, Rhoscolyn is an eight bedroom, eight bathroom property and comfortably sleeps 16 people (+2 on sofa bed).  Purchased in 2018 the house has been completely refurbished and reconfigured to lighten the space and ensure it flows from the moment of entering the house.  The house is perfect for large families or groups and offers a great space for entertaining.  It is beautifully set up to appeal to anyone looking for a luxury escape in stunning surroundings.  The interiors have been planned meticulously from the paint colours to bespoke fabrics, and in particular the location of the upside down kitchen which opens out onto the large living room, which extends further onto a spacious balcony facing out towards the countryside, sea and beyond with an outdoor dining area to suit the whole house.  A space with panoramic views!

Fully equipped with a large Rangemaster oven, boiling water tap, Insinkerator, Magimix, two dishwashers, wine fridge, Nespresso machine.  In addition to a large pantry housing further storage, fridge, freezer, additional small fridge, larder cupboard and microwave.

Utility Room

Situated on the ground floor housing two Washing machines, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron/ironing board

Garden/Outside

Outdoor table and chairs with deckchairs on balcony, an enclosed garden with hanging chairs under spacious covered area, table tennis, chest with outdoor games, huge paddock area with football goals as well as a spectacular Urban Cedar hot tub built into a decked area on lower balcony accessible from both the house and the garden.

If you need a little more room, you can add The Shepherd's Hut to your stay, creating what we call the Little Fish Pod. Located within the grounds of Cil Y Gwynt, The Shepherd's Hut provides additional accommodation for 2–4 guests and offers extra privacy for couples, grandparents or friends travelling together.

For larger family gatherings, reunions and celebrations, you can book Cil Y Gwynt alongside Llain Y Brenin as the Little Fish Houses collection. Together, the two properties provide exceptional space for larger groups while maintaining the comfort and privacy of separate homes.
